ማስታወሻ፡የመግቢያ ቁልፍዎን የረሱትና መጀመሪያ ሲመዘገቡ የሞሉትን የሚስጥር ጥያቄ የሚያስታውሱ ከሆነ በቀላሉ ራስዎ አዲስ ቁልፍ ማውጣት ይችላሉ፡፡ ይህንን የሚስጢር ጥያቄ ከዘነጉት ግን ለሲስተም አስተዳዳሪው ማመልከት ይኖርብዎታል፣ የሲስትም አስተዳደሩ እርስዎ ትክክለኛ ተጠቃሚ መሆንዎን አረጋግጦ መነሻ ቁልፍ (123) ይሰጥዎታል፡፡ እርስዎም ይህንን ቁልፍ ተጠቅመው አዲስ መግቢያ ቁልፍ የሚያወጡ ይሆናል፡፡

Note: If you remember the secrect answer you responded during your first registration, the system will let you reset your password by yourself. In case you forget the secret answer you provided or you want assistant from the System Admin, you should put a request. The system admin will reset your password to "123" so that you can login and change your password as you like.
